The 从教室到就业中心 (C2 Hub) supports the leadership and professional development of students with historically marginalized identities by offering financial support to participate in a leadership or professional development opportunity of their choice.
To support students with historically marginalized identities by providing them with opportunities, 知识, and resources to develop themselves and their communities personally, 专业, 和社会.
Participants must be currently enrolled students at 密歇根州立大学丹佛.
As a result of participating in this program, students will…
Experience(s) may not duplicate or substitute pre-existing University programs or resources. 出于这个原因, experiences sponsored or hosted by the Office of International Studies or Study Abroad are not eligible for program funding. This program also cannot support experiences that are required for academic credit. Funding through this program may NOT be utilized toward tuition or fees of an institute of higher education.
The following criteria must be met to receive program support:
“I feel more connected to 密歇根州立大学丹佛 (major, department, organization, etc.) after completing this experience.”
“This trip was enriching and life changing for me”.
“My favorite part of the trip was listening to the perspectives of my classmates. I kind of took a backseat (vocally) and really just listened for most of the trip and absorbed all of the intense reactions that those around me shared.”
“This trip was the most enlightening trip I’ve ever been on. I valued every experience that I had, and I felt like I learned so much about myself and my history.”
“I’m better able to reflect on my understanding of my identities as a result of this experience.”
“Community building, meeting like-minded 密歇根州立大学丹佛 students. Learning opportunities were very vivid and connected with history and people. Not in books only but physically.”
